We acquired this site in 2011 and carried out a development for a10,000 sq ft residential property in luxurious Wilmslow postcode. End GDV of £3.5m.

8 four bedroom houses. Project completed and sold within one year Eight-three bedroom townhouses developed in Levenshulme, Manchester. Formerly a petrol station, the project was completed and sold within a year. End GDV of £2m.

This site was for 12 three storey 4 bedroom houses. The project has finished and was a great success. End GDV of £3.2m.

This was a JV between Sir Robert McAlpine, Britannia Group, Prime Developers and Foundation Real Estate. We successfully achieved a planning consent for 380 apartments and sold the site to Ridgeback Group.
